So, training has been going really well. Actually running is sometimes a pain but the feeling afterwards is incredible. Not just the endorphins but the “I did it!” feeling.
The point is, I like running. And soooooooooooo,
I signed up for my first half-marathon!
The medal is shaped like a palm tree! And the course runs all along the beach! Plus it’s a women’s race so it’s going to be 99% women!
I’m really really excited! I’ve decided to train towards this one so that I’m less nervous about my first big race (the ten miler). This is about a month and a half after the 10 miler which is perfect for the training plan.
I’m actually doing this!!
